Creativity

I am always intrigued when somebody talks about Creativity and Innovation. Are they one and a same thing. If they are the same then why the hell are there two words in the English dictionary. What are the factors that lead to craetivity or innovation; is there in your DNA inherited from your parents who in turn inherited the same from theirs or is it that it can be nurtured within you by careful thought and perseverance.

A dotcom recently caught my fancy while I was just browsing about. You either like it or you don't but you just can't ignore it like any other dotcom.
